2. 精通數(shù)字農(nóng)林業(yè)主要技術(shù)手段，有效與業(yè)務(wù)事業(yè)部管理層溝通，識別運(yùn)營中的機(jī)會點(diǎn)與風(fēng)險。
Proficient in key digital agroforestry technologies, effectively communicating with business unit management to identify operational opportunities and risks.
3. 熟悉智慧林業(yè)、數(shù)字林業(yè)行業(yè)操作（如病蟲害防治、土地肥力監(jiān)控、種植面積統(tǒng)計等），并具備完整的風(fēng)險識別方法論。
Familiar with smart and digital forestry operations (including but not limited to pest control, soil fertility monitoring, plantation area statistics) and possess a complete risk identification methodology.
4. 能獨(dú)立完成項(xiàng)目的計劃、現(xiàn)場執(zhí)行、報告撰寫及后期機(jī)會點(diǎn)落地推進(jìn)，確�？冃嵘蚬芾砀纳茩C(jī)會有效轉(zhuǎn)化為EBITDA。
Capable of independently managing project planning, on-site execution, reporting, and post-project opportunity implementation to ensure performance improvements or management enhancements are effectively translated into EBITDA.

Gradually establish a digital forestry management methodology, data early-warning mechanisms, and collect external competitor information and industry best practices.
6. 建立基于數(shù)據(jù)分析（D&A）的林業(yè)風(fēng)險評估體系，預(yù)警潛在的重大舞弊或管理問題。

2. 超過15年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，其中至少10年以上林業(yè)或數(shù)字化領(lǐng)域相關(guān)背景（必須）。
Over 15 years of work experience, including at least 10 years in forestry or digitalization backgrounds (mandatory).
3. 擁有財務(wù)會計背景（包括學(xué)歷）或咨詢類工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的候選人優(yōu)先。
Candidates with a financial accounting background (including relevant degree) or consulting experience are preferred.
4. 語言表達(dá)及溝通能力清晰。
Clear verbal expression and communication skills.
