Duties and Responsibilities

As financial supervisor, manage whole financial team independently, provide guidance or support to team members and supervise their daily work.

Execute and coordinate financial audit and accounting work

Supervise the implementation and maintenance of the financial management procedures and policies, and develop annual and quarterly financial plans.
監(jiān)督執(zhí)行、維護(hù)公司財(cái)務(wù)管理程序和政策，參與制定年度、季度財(cái)務(wù)計(jì)劃；
Provide financial reports and necessary financial analysis to senior management
向公司管理層提供各項(xiàng)財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告和必要的財(cái)務(wù)分析；
Manage company's cost, carry out cost forecasting, control, accounting, analysis and assessment work, and make sure the completion of the company's profit indicators.
組織公司的成本管理工作，進(jìn)行成本預(yù)測、控制、核算、分析和考核，確保公司利潤指標(biāo)的完成。
Skills & Experience Required
技能經(jīng)驗(yàn)/任職資格
Bachelor degree or above, finance, accounting or related major, with CPA is preferred;
財(cái)務(wù)、會(huì)計(jì)等專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷，有注冊會(huì)計(jì)師資格者優(yōu)先；
5 years+ of financial management experience;
5年以上財(cái)務(wù)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Familiar with national financial policies, corporate financial systems and processes, accounting computerization, proficient in fiscal/tax laws and regulations;
熟悉國家金融政策、企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)制度及流程、會(huì)計(jì)電算化，精通相關(guān)財(cái)稅法律法規(guī)；
Strong ability in cost management, risk control and financial analysis;
較強(qiáng)的成本管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制和財(cái)務(wù)分析的能力；
Good organization and communication skills with teamwork spirit, can withstand work pressure.
良好的組織、協(xié)調(diào)、溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神，能承受較大工作壓力。
Proficiency in spoken English, able to communicate with foreigners.
英語口語熟練，能與外國人進(jìn)行工作交流。
