AP Accountant Responsibilities: 1.Check the expense and ensure its reasonable, integrity and agreed with company’s policy and procedure 2.Prepare and book monthly payable entries for above mentioned 4 areas 3.Prepare regularly payment in related banks 4.Check Inter-Co transactions and balance on monthly basis and ensure the accuracy of the records 5.Review and analyze AP accounts and reconcile between general Ledger and sub-ledger 6.Match payment records in accounting system 7.Responsible for monthly/yearly closing for AP & Inter-co module 8.Perform bank clearance and reconciliation on monthly basis 9.Prepare monthly AP aging reports 10.Carry out effective communication with local team to understand background, clarify confusion, and coordinate to manage AP process 11.Provide support for interim audit / year-end external audit as well as internal audit 12.ad-hoc reports required by team leader Requirement： 1.Degree or above in finance, accounting or related 2.At least 3 years AP working experience in cross regional Finance Share Service Center 3.Proficient with the knowledge of ERP system experience (ORACLE preferred) 4.Fluent English both verbal and writing with sound communication skills 5.Accountable, integrity and have passion on work 6.A good team-player, strong organizational skills required handling effectiveness at month-end / year-end closing 7.Know the taxation of Taiwan is much better.
