Position Summary職位描述：
1.This position is responsible for: Material planning to 100% meet production and customer demand, work-in-process control. Direct and indirect material plan meet production plan.該職位主要負責制定生產(chǎn)計劃，在符合生產(chǎn)實際情況下100%滿足顧客需求。對生產(chǎn)過程中的物料進行監(jiān)控。制定直接及間接物料計劃。
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities工作職責：
1.Clearly understand customer demand, especially the rolling forecasts by working closely with Sales Dept.與銷售部門共同工作，準確了解顧客需求，制定滾動需求計劃；
2.Precisely upload the production plan into the ERP/MES system.準確更新生產(chǎn)計劃到ERP或MES系統(tǒng)中；
3.Manage and coordinate customer demand variations with Production, Sales Dept and Purchasing.當顧客需求變化時，協(xié)同生產(chǎn)，銷售與采購共同更新相關計劃；
4.Working with purchasing Dept, Make sure all direct and indirect material plan 100% meet production request;與采購部共同制定直接及間接物料計劃，100%滿足生產(chǎn)需求；
5.Make sure 100% on-time delivery is happening all the time; 確保交付100%準時達成；
6.Pre-alert before catastrophic.對生產(chǎn)計劃無法執(zhí)行提前預警；
7.Work with Warehouse and production to establish and maintain the continued improvement systems.與庫房和生產(chǎn)共同制定持續(xù)改進計劃；
8.Make sure all planning parameters are well maintained;維護計劃數(shù)據(jù)并保持最新；
9.Work-in-process material control;對在制品物料信息進行監(jiān)控；
10.Cooperate with Quality with rejects and suspects, make sure the data accuracy and well keep in place with production.與質量協(xié)同，確保不良品及可疑品數(shù)量準確，存放妥當；
Requirements / Qualifications職位要求：
1.Bachelor Degree;學士學位
2.3+years production planning and workshop management experience in automotive industry;三年以上工作經(jīng)驗，汽車業(yè)生產(chǎn)計劃及車間管理經(jīng)驗
3.Experience in ERP/SAP/MRP is preferred;有ERP/SAP/MRP 相關經(jīng)驗
4.Experience with general office computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.);熟練操作電腦相關軟件
5.Written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English;英語口語及讀寫能力
6.Team work, cross function coordination, diligence and strong sense of responsibility;較強的團隊合作，跨部門溝通能力
7. Leadership potential is a plus潛在的領導力
