工作職責(zé)：
- Manage purchase orders for raw materials to satisfy production plan and other corresponding requirements.
- Coordinate with supplier and forwarder to make sure the delivery of parts or components is on the planned schedule.
- Optimize the inventory structure, reduce the out-of-stock and control the dead & slow moving stock to a minimum level, aim to well support sales business.
- Communicate the planning of forecasts with supplier.
- Check account statement and arrange payment to supplier.
- Full responsible for import & export affairs, coordinate with forwarder and broker to ensure the smooth customs declaration process.
- Maintain good relationship with Government Institutions.
- Lead, manage, and develop the team, including but not limited to coaching, mentoring and cross-training.
- Other work assigned by supervisor.
資格要求：
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in purchasing supervisory level and import and export experience in multi-national companies.
- Good understanding on law, rule and regulation in the respect of Import and Export affairs.
- Results driven, and have good team spirit.
- Self-motivated and meet expectations and can withstand high pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English language ability (above CET-4).
