1 SCADA Deployment, Monitoring and Troubleshooting
SCADA Deployment:1) Based on new plant project planning, to schedule deployment timing of SCADA to ensure SCADA availability before unit startup.2) Coordinate with LIPOR, AL services and local IT team to make preparation for SCADA deployment.3) Lead the deployment of SCADA systems with support from AL services.SCADA system monitoring:1) SCADA communicaiton interface and network structure monitoring.2) Documentations and logs for SCADA interface management.3) Summary and reports for SCADA interface availability and reliability tracing.4) Develop more applicable KPI and screens for SCADA efficient monitoring.5) Keep the good and quick reaction mode with plant people.SCADA system troubleshooting:1) Cooperation with AL services for SCADA interface troubleshooting.2) Handle the SCADA hardwre maintenance and replacement.3) Reports and documentations for troubleshooting record.4) Provide technical solutions for better SCADA system performance.5) Serve as liaison between AL services and ALC.6) Maintain the healthy working relationship with AL services and Singapore support team.
2 Support, troubleshooting and training for SCADA end-users
SCADA troubleshooting:1) SCADA client software installation for users.2) SCADA software settings and configurations troubleshooting for users.3) SCADA software updating and upgrading for users.SCADA training:1) Provide SCADA training for new users.2) Give the specific training for key users.3) Develop the plant key users for SCADA better skill and usage.4) Assist to organize the SCADA workshop.
3. SCADA tools, files and applications management
1) SCADA existed pv modifications for users.2) SCADA alarm summary and management.3) SCADA sword files backup in regularly and management.4) SCADA applications and files permissions updating and management.5) Creating SOP for SCADA support, troubleshooting, installations, training.
4. Industrial IT solution development and deployment.
1) Remote access to industrial control system.2) Wireless data transmission between field device and control room.
Job Requirements: - Bachlor Degree above with major in Automation/Electrical Engineering
-Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, initiative and ready to take challenges;
-Excellent command of English, both in oral and written.
