1、 Set up, implement and optimize injection and machining processes ，Analyze and improve molding parameters to meet customer product and quality requirement
2、Provide process support and assistant to team work
3、Responsible for injection process documentation activities (layout, WI, flow chart, PFMEA,…)
4、Responsible for Tool/Machine capacity calculation and responsible for making proposal for investment plan.
5、Train technicians and operators to set the process parameters and operate the machine.
6、Continuous improvement of injection process and utilization of capacity.職位要求Job Specifications:
1. At least Bachelor degree in mechanical design and molding manufacturing
2. Above 3 years manufacturing process experiences in injection molding
3. Automotive wiring harness injection molding experience is a plus
4. Able to skillfully use ENGELE, DongXin, Multiplas injection molding machine
5. Familiar with a variety of plastic raw materials characteristics
6. good in both of written and spoken English
